Seknd Nature: Making Cannabis Exquisite

 

We at Cape Town Cannabis Journeys are very fortunate to have Seknd Nature as one of our anchor partners. Each one of our six full-day Journeys makes at least one stop at a Seknd Nature location around the city, serving as a springboard into the day's activities. Why them? There's a lot to it!

 

Since the legalisation of recreational cannabis in South Africa in 2024, Seknd Nature has made it their mission to elevate the experience for stoners and those new to it. Each of their lounges - and there are six of them in Cape Town so far - is designed with a classic aesthetic. Think rich leather couches, fireplaces, antique books and wood finishes throughout. • The Food Journey: Start at the brand-new Seknd Nature Bree Street for coffee and a joint, then explore Bree Street’s legendary food scene. For dinner, stop at Seknd Nature Kalk Bay before enjoying an exclusive THC-infused dining experience.
• The Adventure Journey: Visit Seknd Nature Somerset West after ziplining through the mountains, then head to Cheetah Outreach for a hands-on wildlife encounter.
• The Introvert Journey: Settle into Seknd Nature Kalk Bay with rich leather couches, fireplace, joints, and excellent coffee. Explore antique bookshops, rockpools, and museums at your own pace.

• The Beach Journey: Venture across the Cape Peninsula to iconic beaches, including Muizenberg for a surf lesson, before relaxing at Seknd Nature Kalk Bay.

• The Mindful Journey: Begin at Seknd Nature Kalk Bay for brunch, then enjoy a massage, yoga, or mindful reflection by the beach or in a hot studio.

 

And now, launching in Summer 2025, Cape Town Cannabis Journeys and Seknd Nature have launched Walking Tours! These journeys on foot through Kalk Bay and Bree Street are an ideal way to see Cape Town's sights from a new perspective. With a strain tasting included, these walking tours are a new high in the Cape Town tour scene.
